I've directed several mobile initiatives over the years, most recently exploring how loyalty can be nurtured and encouraged on mobile devices. Facilitating mobile payment and enhancing the in-store (or in-hotel) customer experience were imperative with these prototypes. Props to Lindsey Hency for killing it on these comps.
